At last, I am home.

FINALLY, a real computer! At the library, but oh well, I get to check my email. =D
Today's events are unexciting, so I shall skip ahead to....okay, nevermind, I have absolutely nothing of interest to say. Oh wait. Yes. SLC Punk! is a good movie. (Oh, wasn't that a breathtaking revelation?)

still in colorado on the stupid outdated mac. alas.
since my last post I have:
-eaten eel
-sat through a rain storm on a mountain (and many other rain storms besides. rains alot here.)
-bought neat silk scarves and this cute oriental style shirt at this cute middle east/hindu/spiritualist themed shop.
-hiked with mom & mary quite a bit
-gotten a henna tattoo on my left hand of the Om symbol
-wandered around the Crested Butte art festival..400 booths of art stuff and live music. pretty cool. got this neat photography print.
um. am homesick. x_o well. heading home on thursday or wednesday so s'not that long..but =P.
the adults are off on a hike until three so I get to amuse myself today. meaning = wander around the festival some more and go rent some movies. collin left, so it's rather quiet around here.
yeah, and that's 'bout all. i wonder when I'm going to stop making public entries....probably a few days. heh.

Okay! Camp is over and I am in Colorado now until the ninth!
Aiya, I thought I'd never get here. First the transmission in our van went out, and then when my dad (being ever so nice) drove the other car up to my mom and I a tire went out in it so we had to get new tires. And stuff. Mostly boring stuff, so I shall skip. I ended up hanging out on Sunday at Marissa's vacation home in Cedar City and watching movies and sleeping. Oh yes, and Saturday night Marissa's family and my mom and I went to the Shakespherian festival thingy and watched Measure for Measure, which was really good.
There wasn't anything open in Cedar City on Sunday cause of all the Mormons, but on Monday before my dad got there we went to some cool bookstores and I got lots of cool things.=D Like Machiavelli, Plato, Isben, Dante's The Purgatorio and stuffffff. It was neat to find the books that we talked about at camp. So I read Machiavelli in the car on the way to Crested Butte. Dreadfully exciting, I know.
We passed so many signs that said Price, Utah that I am convinced that it is the center of the world. =D=D
Well. Anyway. It's fun staying with my mom's best friend Mary. She's got a nice place here and I guess she has a cool pottery studio...we haven't gone to see it yet. We went and walked/hiked around this morning.=) The only bad thing is that her computer - the one I'm on now - is a really old mac with netscape and I can't get into my hotmail, which I'm sure is all overflowing and the like by now. =P Oh well. Hopefully Gina'll check it for me since I asked her too.
Yeah. Soooooo thaaat's alll. Waa. I miss camp & camp people. =(
Can't believe school starts on the...14th? Much too soon. *dies*

We got to sleep in this morning and it was wonderful. And then we ate at Denny's and got a lecture on feminism. S'been very cool; yay for Sundays. And sleep. Sleep, sleep, sleep! *hugs it*
Jeff should be home today from his debate camp. I neeeeed to call him. *misses*
In other news, my new purpose in life is to discover the hegelian dialectic like Marx and thus be uber cool and enlightened. =D

Performances went well today. Am ready and all psyched for the real deal tomorrow, even if my toes aren't. Dancing in front of little kids and random school people's is different from your friends and relatives, but still, not that different.
Everything was normal, pretty much. I talked to Gina and Marissa and random peoples at bit at lunch between performances, and Ryan-Megan's-brother got me a Pepsi Blue from the mini mart thing! Was very happy, yes. Had to dance with a blue tongue though, heh.
Well, gonna go take a walk now, whether Gina can come or not. And then my Grammy & Jack are getting here from Massachusetts.
Jeff is so freaking cute. =D
